15:00 ➡️ Arrival & Registration (General Assembly group) + Badge Collection
16:00- 17:30 ➡️ General Assembly
17:00 ➡️ Arrival & Registration (remaining participants) + Badge Collection
17:30 - 19:30 ➡️ Opening Ceremony → followed by Open Bar & Networking
19:30 - 21:30 ➡️ Dinner
22:00 ➡️ Official end of Launching Event

Confirmation for participation will be sent by email
Registration Fee: The participation fee of €20 is non-refundable.
Ticket Transfer: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another member of your Junior Enterprise. Please provide us with their full name and email at least 48 hours before the event. However, we cannot guarantee a badge with the new name.
No-Show Fee: If you are unable to provide a replacement and do not inform us of your absence at least 1 day before the event (by October 2nd, 2025, at 15:00), an additional €5 fee will be charged.
