Building on innovative mechanisms - such as immersive virtual reality experiences, company visits, and a dedicated digital platform - Meet the Youngsters promotes a practical and interactive approach to exploring different sectors of activity. This initiative forms part of the Connect’ED project, developed in partnership with regional stakeholders, and aims to strengthen synergies between training centers, businesses, and institutions.

Beyond simple encounters, the event seeks to create lasting bridges between the education system and the labor market, supporting the emergence of talent aligned with current and future economic challenges.
