By registering for this full-day conference event (the "Event"), you acknowledge and agree to the following strict No Reimbursement Policy:
Final Sale: All ticket sales and registration fees for the Event are final and non-refundable.
No Refunds: We regret that we cannot offer any refunds, full or partial, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:
Cancellations by the attendee.
Inability to attend the Event due to personal circumstances (e.g., illness, travel issues, work conflicts, etc.).
Dissatisfaction with the Event content or speakers.
Failure to attend on the day of the Event (no-shows).
Transfer Policy: While the ticket is non-refundable, attendees may be permitted to transfer their registration to another individual.
Notification Required: Any transfer request must be submitted via email to welcome@startupecosystem.be no later than 48 hours before the start of the Event.
Attendee Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the original registrant to find a replacement and ensure the transfer details are correctly submitted.
Event Cancellation/Postponement: In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled or postponed by the Organizer:
Attendees will be notified as soon as possible.
The Organizer reserves the right to offer a full credit for a future event or an equivalent resolution in lieu of a cash refund. The decision on the resolution will be made solely by the Organizer.
Acceptance of Terms: Completion of the registration process and payment of the registration fee constitutes your full acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this No Reimbursement Policy.
